Mr. Breed’s extensive operations and project management experience provides SRS with competent daily management of personnel and resources for all field activities. His knowledge of personnel qualifications and the required equipment resources ensures that SRS will respond with the expertise necessary for the safe resolution of hazardous incidents.
Mr. Breed provides hands on leadership and management for all field related services that SRS provides its customers. He oversees the operation of SRS as it pertains to Operations, Business Development, Accounting, and Personnel, as well as design and manufacture of specialty tools and equipment for industry.
Professional Experience:
Mr. Breed has fourteen years of experience with emergency response teams. Beginning as an emergency response technician and equipment operator with EmTech Environmental Services, he advanced through promotion to Assistant Operation Manager. During his tenure, his duties encompassed all aspects of the environmental response, remediation, custom equipment fabrication, and specialized response situations. Specialized response situations include handling compressed gas transfers, commodity protection, and explosive destruction.
In his capacity of Emergency Response Service Line Manager with Superior Special Services, Inc., Mr. Breed structured the emergency response program including development of staff, equipment, and processes for an existing company with $230 million in revenues. He also managed major emergency response contracts, such as the contract with the Department of Natural Resources.
Mr. Breed has served as Operations Manager, Director of Special Operations Response Team, Instructor for Special Tactics in Response, and Emergency Response Service Line Manager at Boots & Coots. His responsibilities include management of personnel and resources for emergency response, remediation, and firefighting field activities. He served as Senior Project Manager on many large response incidents. Achievements during his tenure include the development of field operating protocol and the development of the cost accounting and in-field billing system.
